We constantly strive to get accurate information about the provenance of our handwoven and hand crafted sarees. We have blogs explaining about the crafts that we have. If it is an exclusive saree, you can check out about that in the description or you can contact any of our customer service executives for more information.

The colours of the sarees will differ according to the screens and devices. We assure you that the colour is up 90% match to the physical product. We also offer an additional service to customers, if requested via chat or whatsapp. We will provide you with daylight images and videos of selected sarees.

We extensively use metal zari in our handloom pattu sarees and banarasi sarees. The higher range of handloom sarees has a small percentage of gold and/or silver powder mixed in the metallic zari.

Please note the list of do’s and don’t s for your handloom saree -
- Specialist dry clean only
- If required, lightly iron the saree on low heat, put a thin cloth over the saree to avoid direct heat.
- Refold your exclusive woven silks with zaris occasionally to avoid settling of and fading on the creases.
- Store in a cool, dark cupboard; wrap the saree in a pure cotton or muslin cloth, allowing the silk to breathe , if the saree is not used frequently.
- Silk sarees are natural protein; try to avoid staining

Most of the handwoven sarees like kanchipuram silk sarees, banarasi silk sarees come with matching blouse pieces. For designer sarees, we do inhouse pairing with a matching fabric attached to the saree. Yes, We have bespoke service offered online as well as in our Banjara Hills store branch. Our designers will help you from choosing a fabric, suggesting the pattern and design from scratch - online or offline. Step in to our Banjara Hills stores for getting your design into reality. If you are not from Hyderabad, our online team will assist you in designing, conceptualizing your design via a series of video call appointments.

No worries! Some of our sarees can be pre-ordered! You can contact our customer service team available online regarding your preference or contact the number below. We will take your order and start processing the same. Please note that, since it's a pre-order, we would advise you to place the order well in advance to avoid any delay of shipping.

We usually process the order within 24 hours of receiving your order. The estimated shipping time for domestic is 5-7 days, international is 10-15 days based on country. from the order placement. 20-25 days approximate if it's a pre-order saree. The delivery time will also differ depending on customisation or any add ons like fall pico, tassels, blouse stitching etc.

At Singhania’s, we have an extensive design team who create designs from scratch, and produce our printing or embroidery units. These types of sarees can be re-made again according to demand. So when a saree is marked “Pre-Order”, it can be produced again. When the order is placed, it will be sent for production and it takes a minimum of 20-25 days for the order to be shipped. As the production units are placed across India among clusters, obstacles like logistics, weather are taken into account.

The product might be sold out online or in the showroom. Do contact our customer service executive to check if that can be pre-ordered. If not, our team will help you to find similar products or inform you when new products arrive!

Our payment gateway accepts all domestic and international credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and AMEX),all domestic and international debit cards, internet banking transactions (Indian banks).
If you'd like to pay via PayPal, please write to bdm@singhanias.in or whatsapp us at ( +91) 91332 33310 with product details. We will send you a PayPal invoice, against which you can make the payment. Bank charges on Paypal will be added to the invoice.

Prices are inclusive of all taxes in India. Customs and duties relevant to your country will be applied by the Shipping partner.

No, the product under sale is not eligible for returns or exchange.

In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, you wish to return the product, you can choose an alternative product for the same value. However, in case you do not wish to select any alternate product/s, we shall agree to refund the amount as against such non-deliverable products.

For any handwoven and handcrafted sarees, we cannot promise the exact colour and exact detail, since it is hand-made there are bound to be few changes, in which case, it would be informed prior. In case of delay or the product is not delivered, it will be informed and the amount will be refunded for that product.

We are sorry you had to cancel the order! You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. You can get in touch with us via online/whatsapp/email if you need any assistance. If the order is not dispatched already, we will refund the amount or will give you a credit note. If you cancel the order after dispatch has been done and after 24 hours, we will refund or give you store credit after estimating the cost.

Do contact us in case you wish to return the products. In case of damage, fitting issues, please send an image of the product, share the item’s condition and detailed reason for refund/replace. Please do so within 7 days of receiving the product in case of domestic, 15 days in case of international. Our team will consult and will get in touch with you with a quick response.

Yes, we have two stores based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Singhania’s Flagship Store is in Banjara Hills Hyderabad that hosts Bespoke Tailoring services along with Handlooms and designer sarees. Singhania’s Luxury Handcrafted Store is in Jubilee Hills that has a wide variety of bridal sarees, designer sarees and lehengas for Brides and bridesmaids.
